We began our working relationship by providing basic services tailored to their immediate needs. As the company has grown, so have the services we offer.

On one hand, we implemented cybersecurity solutions; on the other, we introduced collaborative business tools, cloud storage, and backup systems.

How has ESED helped you?

To keep our information and that of our clients safe and secure. No offense to anyone on the team, but we’re all fairly inexperienced when it comes to cybersecurity and IT solutions—it’s neither our field nor part of our daily routine. That’s why knowing there’s a team of people taking care of it, even if you don’t see them (they’re very discreet and work without disrupting your routine), allows us to completely stop worrying about it.

What do you value the most?

In the end, the most important thing for us is trust, especially given the type of data we work with.

We see a lot of ourselves in them: they are two young partners whose business model is based on trust. Once you have it, you delegate and forget about it, the same way we operate with our clients: we delegate, trust, and forget.

Moreover, whenever you call, they are there for whatever you need, and this, whether you like it or not, brings a great deal of peace of mind: the reassurance of knowing that when you pick up the phone, they will do everything possible to provide a solution, and do it immediately.

How would you rate the service provided? Would you recommend them to other companies?

I constantly recommend them because of the peace of mind and security they provide. That’s why I would give them a rating of 20 out of 10, thanks to their direct and efficient approach, we speak the same language.

Is there any particular aspect you would like ESED to improve? And is there any aspect you would highlight as exceptional?

Not really, but if we get a bit picky, I’d say that opening tickets for incidents can be a bit tedious. I understand, however, that we’re not their only clients, so for their organization and management, it’s the most practical approach. I would also note that their internal tools could have a more Apple-like design and less of a Microsoft feel, although I admit they are easy and intuitive to use.

For what reasons would you stop working with ESED?

 
 

Because of my company closing (laughs). Well, also if one day I found myself without a backup, although I know they would do everything possible to locate or recover it, so I feel reassured.

And to conclude, I’d like to emphasize: “They work quietly, without getting in the way. One day without them, and everything falls apart… They are a clear added value for our company because our clients are safe.”
