Actually, there were no negotiations. We requested an audit of our system to identify areas for improvement, and they provided us with a report highlighting what they considered the most urgent issues to address and what could be tackled gradually.

What ultimately led us to choose ESED, however, was their understanding of our needs and the quality of communication. They presented a proposal structured in different phases, tailored to our business model. It was a clear synergy that they fully understood and, moreover, fit within our budget.

Which solutions did they help you implement?

 

We implemented an endpoint solution (antivirus) and an anti-phishing solution, which is absolutely essential in today’s environment. Additionally, they provided ESED Training, which proved extremely useful for all employees. It’s a way to raise awareness and minimize human errors related to internet and email use, which anyone can make.

After the implementation and some time has passed, how would you assess the service provided?

 

The level of security, trust, and robustness of our systems has increased. In our sector, where we are constantly audited, it is essential to keep everything under control.

The level of security and trust has increased. The team highly values the training, and both management and staff report a high level of satisfaction.
